Our product photography services and pricing structure are straightforward and carry no hidden or unquantifiable costs. We also promise to undertake only the work that you brief us to undertake.
We charge simply for photography (on a per item basis), post-production (including an extended usage license if applicable) and expenses and that’s it.

Our Prices
Photography*
1-3 items within one session: £30 per item
4-10 items within one session: £25 per item
10+ items: by quotation
Bulky item surcharge (items > 50cm3): £10 per item (min.)
* Up to 2 images of each item will be supplied. Each additional two images will be charged at 50% of the relevant item rate.
Post Production
Processing and delivery fee*: up to £100 maximum
Extended usage fee**: £150
* Processing and delivery includes the delivery to you of low resolution JPEG e-proofs of the shoot via a web gallery or by CD, the mastering and preparation of your final selected images as web and/or print resolution JPEG files (RGB), and the delivery of your final approved master files by CD
** The hourly rate quoted above includes licensed usage of the master images for the following purposes: (1) company public website publication for up to one year; (2) company intranet publication for up to one year; (3) single limited-run print publication eg company magazine, information leaflet, press release, newsletter, etc. The separate one-time £150 extended usage fee applies for all other uses of the master images.
Expenses
Travel (if more than 30 miles total): 40p per mile
Equipment/model hire: cost + 10%
Limitations
Keith Osborn Photography holds the copyright on all images it produces at all times and there is a strict limitation that the client may not re-sell or otherwise use for commercial gain any of the images supplied.
